  • Shipping Carrier: USPS exclusively handles all shipments using International First Class Mail or Priority Mail services.

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • Average transit time is 20 days (from the shipment date).

  • This timeline is an estimated average and not a guaranteed delivery date.

  • Deliveries to remote areas (e.g., parts of South America or Africa) may experience additional 10-15 day delays.


 

 

2. Shipping Risks & After-Sales

  • Delays/Lost Packages:

    • If a package is undelivered 60 days after shipment, contact support for a refund/reship (proof of address required).

    • We are not liable for losses due to customs seizures or incorrect addresses.

  • Receiving Packages:

    A "Delivered" status signifies successful delivery. We recommend:

    2️⃣ Contacting us with USPS documentation for resolution.


3. Non-Deliverable Areas

Orders will be automatically refunded if shipped to:

  • USPS-restricted countries (e.g., conflict zones).

  • Addresses in prohibited areas (military bases, prisons).

  • Regions banning specific products (e.g., battery-containing items).


4. Disclaimer

  • Uncontrollable Factors: Delays caused by weather, strikes, pandemics, etc., are not eligible for compensation.

  • Insurance: Orders over $200 may purchase shipping insurance (contact support).
